Do you require a security deposit for your services?Yes, we do require a non-refundable security deposit for our cleaning services. We believe in providing transparent and upfront pricing without any hidden fees or charges. The security deposit will go towards your cleaning. You'll know exactly what to expect before we begin cleaning which is why filling out our contact form with all the information is so important.

What if I need to cancel?We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, but to ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling and to respect the time of our team members, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will not incur any additional charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable security deposit. No-shows or cancellations made after our team has arrived at the location will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.
